The only reason Joseph Petkiewicz knows it is my order is because horseplay inflatables breached my private data. Thats not up for debate. He and his company took my private account on two sites and posted threats to me from my own stolen account. I never initiated an exchange or return. He admits in his own email to me i never violated horseplay inflatables terms.
This product injury was followed up with a years long harassment campaign by his company and employees i never wanted contact with. They created a very strange and dangerous power dynamic that included constant fear, threats from anyone they could get to do it, and sexual harassment, mason (an employee who assigned himself to my case) thus assuring me i would eventually be able to replace my defect items from his company if i kept my mouth shut. Yet more often then not, only abused and mocked me. Making it seem at times like i deserved to get bad stock for full price and a negligent product injury.
You (horseplay inflatables) are proving to this court you constantly watch my every online move. Then have the nerve to say my mostly private communications or better yet my seeking to resolve a 2 year old dispute rationally is “harassment”. Please keep in mind i only dislike Joseph because i don't feel i was treated fairly as a consumer. I see a blatant disregard for product safety and human dignity.
This is egregious and horrific. You need only replace one item at cost and if you cant handle that do NOT do business and don’t come to complain to me when the thousands of people you have ripped off publicly speak out against you again. What then? So you can say right away i have violated terms?
Discrimination and consumer rights violation is not an option, this isn’t Germany, this is America, we have laws and rights that you clearly do not respect.
These are not estimates these are well recorded facts i have respectfully presented to this court. Covered by multiple news agents rooted in factual police reports from multiple states for theft on your behalf forcing me to use a proxy who robbed me and taking no accountability when told an employee (mason) harassed and breached my account. While posting proof of doing so the whole way, you literally rewarded them and had them do it more. You ignored it, you said “its not my problem” and as a result faced multiple potential criminal charges i specifically opted not to press. Thats not even getting into the orders i paid for and had to watch as they were sent to people who were not me. I stand before you today not merely as a customer, but as an individual who has suffered both physical harm and a grave violation of my personal rights at the hands of Horseplay Inflatables. (Joseph Petkiewics, his business partner Dirk et al).
This case is not simply about a defective product—it is about a company that, after selling me an item which caused me injury, chose not to take accountability. Instead, they escalated their misconduct by targeting me with harassment, hacking into my personal online accounts through illegal methods, and unlawfully violating my privacy.
As a consumer, I entered into a transaction in good faith. I paid for their product with the reasonable expectation of safety, respect, and privacy. What I received in return was injury, disregard, and harassment. The company had no valid legal or contractual reason to interfere with my private online accounts or to invade my digital life. I violated no terms on there site, none have been updated to this day. Only racist blog posts excusing dirk steffen from a rant about “germany can make up for the lack of nazi’s in the world” and attempting to get a chinese factory to make a toy with a nazi symbol on it to harm their reputation and hope they do not notice during production. An article titled “i will not obey”. Their actions represent a willful abuse of power, retaliation against a polite and truthful customer complaint, and a flagrant violation of my rights under both consumer protection and privacy laws.
The issues before this court are clear:
1. Product Liability – Horseplay Inflatables sold me a defective product that directly caused injury.
2. Harassment and Retaliation – Instead of remedying the harm, they pursued a campaign of harassment against me.
3. Illegal Hacking and Privacy Violations – They engaged in unlawful access to my online accounts, a direct breach of both state and federal law, and an egregious intrusion into my private life. They also doxxed and threatened me personally from my own account 1 month prior to nuking the site inflatevids and publishing my private data, passwords and more, doing the same to about 15 thousand users. This all happened with josephs blessing. His signature and llc made this the reality in the usa for people like me who like, unicorn’s. Often having already endured trauma that caused us to wind up with this as our thing.
This conduct is not only negligent—it is malicious, intentional, and unlawful. No customer should be treated this way simply for demanding fairness after being injured by a product.
Therefore, I respectfully ask this court to hold Horseplay Inflatables accountable. To recognize not only the harm I suffered physically, but the psychological and personal distress caused by their harassment and illegal violations of my privacy. (As demonstrated in the lengthy and questionable records provided by Joseph to this court). To which there is an active class action against shopify in california for 3rd party app privacy violations and actions like this. Arrests have been made by the fbi ny in regards to a personal account on 2 sites horseplay inflatables "rogue employee" meddled with to post my personal back end data in a dox to breachforums. And most importantly, to send a clear message that no business has the right to retaliate against a customer through unlawful means.

I was fooled into trusting this process, i was told it would be ok to engage with my unorthodox liking for these inflatable toys. Joseph reached out to me first, not the other way around. In the end what i got was such a flagrant disregard for my humanity and such a horrible picture painted that he can really be here having disregarded every american business, moral, and ethical law.
Leaving a customer with a 2000 dollar order of multiple defective items that continued to injure the customer was hard to accept. No policy not even there own that they wrote was followed, instead i was accused of multiple false accusations. A written exchange policy on there site i had never utilized was not an option due to slander in order to cover up a product injury many others faced.
They don’t understand what they did as being wrong and they choose to hide behind misperceptions of laws that don’t apply to there online store. Disregard for all shopify terms, customer protections. Disregard for federal laws on consumer rights and protection.
We do not run businesses here that harass a customer who in 7 yrs and over 13 grand in purchases had 1 complaint. That is not a business fit for the usa. Thats the choice the usa has made in tariffs and laws, like them or not, these are the potential reasons. Yet even those in a direct header page statement by joseph’s company are to be disregarded by deutsche banks dirk steffen, the one who is banned by paypal, proving josephs negligence and disregard for any law or order. His willingness to lie to this court, and his willingness to attack and slander someone who did nothing but help him advance this business is disgusting and beyond immoral and pathetic.
No business would “refuse service” for over 2 years due to a product they sell injuring the customer.
This could have been nothing more than a mistake. But joseph turned it into passive harassment. Arrests were made. People are in jail now facing 20 year sentences for the results of this companies intrustion in my life. Why else be so scared at a convention he admits he remains undisturbed at every year, including this one, this month. He could only be scared because he knows he is in the wrong on this. He is scared not because i am a danger to him, but because his company was and is a danger to everyone else with blatant negligence.

Over the course of these proceedings, the facts have become clear. I, as a customer, purchased a product from Horseplay Inflatables. That product was defective and caused me injury. Instead of acknowledging their responsibility or seeking to resolve the matter fairly, the company chose to retaliate. They harassed me, they invaded my privacy, and they went so far as to use illegal methods to hack into my online accounts. (Inflatevids, a site i was a prominent member of being hacked by someone i can only hold accountable as a so called german employee of horseplay inflatables called mason who i sought a restraining order against, to which arrests were made by the fbi in regards to a site they published my breached data on, breachforums.is).
This is not the behavior of a responsible business. It is the behavior of an entity that disregards the law, disregards consumer rights, and disregards the basic principles of human decency.
The evidence shows that Horseplay Inflatables did not stop at negligence—they escalated into malicious action. They used intimidation instead of accountability, retaliation instead of remedy, and criminal intrusion instead of lawful resolution. These acts were deliberate, unjustified, and harmful.
Your Honor, the law is meant to protect people in situations exactly like this. Consumers should not fear retaliation for speaking up about a defective product. They should not have to suffer harassment or hacking simply because they demanded fair treatment.
I ask this court to hold Horseplay Inflatables accountable—not only for the injury I endured, but for the unlawful retaliation and privacy violations that followed. A ruling in my favor would not only provide justice for me, but it would also send a message that businesses cannot abuse, harass, or unlawfully intrude upon their customers without facing consequences.
Justice requires accountability. I respectfully urge the court to assist. I have not done anything that would prevent me from buying or replacing a product from this company thats why they have shown no proof of any actual wrongdoing and instead revert to angry customers, calling it a “returns dispute” despite no attempt to return anything, unhinged rants, bad employees rewarded for attacks against me.
I respectfully ask the court to initiate, intervene, and please, help me to start what i can not even understand. I feel that it can easily be fixed but the ball is entirely in Josephs court.
